Wescor Model 7320 Aerospray® Microbiology
Gram Slide Stainer & Cytocentrifuge for gram staining of body
fluids that provides diagnostic and therapeutic information to clinicians.
As a gram stainer the Aerospray is rapid (3-5 minutes) and provides
consistent decolorization of smears with no cross-contamination. With
Wescors optional Cytopro rotor it becomes a superb cytocentrifuge.
The Aerospray Microbiology Gram Slide
Stainer & Cytocentrifuge introduces an exciting new concept for

package. With Wescor's optional Cytopro® rotor, the Aerospray
stainer becomes a superb cytocentrifuge featuring 8-slide capacity
and keyboard programmability. All at a fraction of the cost of a stand-alone
cytocentrifuge!
As a Gram Slide Stainer Aerospray
provides many advantages over hand staining or automated dip type
stainers, including speed, economy, consistent performance, and
no cross-contamination.

| Buyer's Specifications
The gram stainer shall
be a Wescor Model 7320 Aerospray Microbiology Gram Slide
Stainer & Cytocentrifuge or equivalent and shall
apply stain using atomizing spray nozzles. The gram
stainer shall use fresh reagent for each stain application
to avoid any cross contamination. The gram stainer shall
also be capable of cytocentrifugation with an 8 place
sealed rotor. The stainer shall fix, stain and dry up
to 12 slides in less than 6 minutes. The stainer shall
have 6 decolourizer settings to adjust decolourization
for thin or thick smears. The stainer shall consume
no more than 75 watts of electrical power and shall
weigh less than 19 kg.
