The SlidePro’s® patented vertical stack design can hold up to 15 slides in a space-saving 4 x 5 inch (10.5 x 13 cm) footprint. This small size makes it the best slide heater available for use in a biological safety hood. Slides are easily inserted and retrieved and slide ID is visible at all times.

Temperature is maintained with a proportional electronic controller and can be set by the user to operate between approximately 40 to 100 °C with excellent temperature stability.

A handy thermometer port allows users to monitor temperature settings. This keeps calibration down time to a minimum.

The SlidePro® 15 is easy to clean and maintain and will give many years of dependable service.

Buyer's Specifications The slide heater shall be a Wescor Model SlidePro 15 Slide Heater or equivalent and shall heat-fix specimens to microscope slides for uniform fixation. The slide heater shall have a vertical stack design and hold up to 15 slides in a 4 x 5 inch footprint. The slide heater shall be temperature controlled and operate between 40 to 100øC. The slide heater shall have a thermometer port that will allow users to monitor temperature settings with a thermometer. The slide heater shall consume no more than 150 watts of electrical power and shall weigh less than 1.6 kg.
